Life Coaching

Life Coaching involves using the Fowler International Coaching assessment tools to guide you in assessing 6 major areas of your life.  It identifies some of the areas that will be most valuable to you, to get a clear understanding of your goals and objectives and to develop a plan that will help move you forward in achieving your goals.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery Coaching develops a plan to help you acknowledge when your cravings are triggered and a strategy to help you respond to those cravings in a healthy, creative manner other than using alcohol and/or drugs.  You will be introduced to Carl Jung, the founder of Analytical Psychology.  Some of his ideas and teachings will help you grasp the spiritual understandings of an enduring recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.

Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual Coaching uses the Fowler International Coaching assessment tool to guide you in assessing your spiritual well-being.  It identifies some of the areas where I will be most valuable to you, to get a clear understanding of your spiritual goals and objectives and develop a plan to help move you forward in the right direction.

Adult Care Provider Mentoring

Adult Care Provider Mentoring  will guide you in assessing and meeting the health and safety needs of adult care recipients in accordance with NCDHHS/DHSR Adult Care Licensure Rules and Regulations. This specific mentoring will also help you to develop a quality assurance check list to maintain daily compliance.  Adult Care Provider Mentoring will coordinate other services for you such as Initial Building Inspections, CPR Certifications, Policy and Procedures, Medication Reviews and Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
